Welcome to ShareRaven. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ShareRaven macOS application (the “App”) and the website located at https:\/\/shareraven.appsforartists.rocks\/ (the “Site”).<\/p>\n
By downloading, installing, or using the App or visiting the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.<\/p>\n
ShareRaven is a macOS utility that enables users to compose and share media and posts directly from their macOS system to X (formerly Twitter) using X’s official APIs. ShareRaven is a client-side application. It does not operate backend servers, user account databases, or database-driven content storage.<\/p>\n
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the App on a macOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.<\/p>\n
To use the App’s core functionality, you must connect your X account using X\u2019s OAuth authorization process.<\/p>\n
You are solely responsible for the content (text, links, and media) you share through the App. You agree not to use the App to:<\/p>\n
We reserve the right to block or terminate your access to the App\u2019s Pro features if you violate these rules.<\/p>\n
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and the Site, including all source code, designs, graphics, branding (including the ShareRaven name and logo), and intellectual property rights therein. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App.<\/p>\n
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.<\/p>\n
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE APP OR SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.<\/p>\n
We may modify these Terms at any time. When updates are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App or Site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n
Connection and consent. Direct posting is available only after you connect an X account through X\u2019s OAuth process. When you select Post, you authorise ShareRaven to send the exact text, links and selected media shown in the App to X. ShareRaven does not make automatic, background or bulk posts on your behalf.<\/p>\n
Eligibility and X rules. You must be at least 13 years old to use X-related features. You must comply with X\u2019s applicable Terms of Service, Rules, Automation Rules, Developer Policy and other X requirements. You must not use ShareRaven for spam, bulk or aggressive activity, deceptive activity, or to post identical or substantially similar content across multiple X accounts.<\/p>\n
Your content. You are solely responsible for content you choose to post and represent that you have all necessary rights, permissions and licences for the text, links and media. You must not use the App to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate law or harm others.<\/p>\n
OAuth credentials and privacy. Do not give ShareRaven your X password. ShareRaven uses X OAuth and stores its connection credentials locally in your Mac\u2019s Keychain. Information you choose to post is sent to X only when you select Post. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.<\/p>\n
Availability and suspension. Direct posting depends on X, your X account permissions, X API availability and service limits. We may restrict or suspend direct posting where necessary for security, legal compliance, X policy compliance, or because X API access or service capacity is unavailable. This does not affect Free-mode local composition and Copy & Open X.<\/p>\n
No affiliation. X is a trademark of X Corp. ShareRaven is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by X Corp.<\/p>\n
